Any person, having been called, summoned, subpoenaed, or otherwise lawfully ordered to personally appear before the municipal court of the city, who willfully fails to appear when so required by the court shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Unless otherwise shown, failure to appear when required shall be presumed to be wilful. (Ord. 908 § 13, 1995: Ord. 814 § 1, 1992).

Any person violating Section 9.72.010 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars, or by imprisonment not to exceed ninety days or by both such fine and imprisonment. (Ord. 908 § 14, 1995: Ord. 814 § 2, 1992).
